The new plastic version of Southco® E6 constant friction position control hinges is ideally suited for applications in which they are required to be set in a certain position simply and reliably. Whatever angle is set, constant friction ensures secure positioning for doors, monitor screens and other components, regardless of whether they are wide open or in any intermediate position. The hinges are pre-set during manufacture and will not require readjustment any time. In addition, they need no secondary devices and thanks to their robust construction and resistance to corrosion are just as suitable for indoor or outdoor applications.
