The structural blind rivet HUCK® HuckLok® is characterized by its mechanical double locking system, flush mandrel break-off, large grip rang and high strength resistance.

Even under dynamic stress, the high-strength blind rivet retains a tight fit. The break-off of the rivet mandrel is always flush, even with different material thicknesses within the high grip range.  

During the installation process, the distinctive ring gets pulled into the rivet sleeve and locks itself captive. The installation process is illustrated in the animation video.

The resulting large bulge on the blind side ensures a high tensile breaking force and a very good load distribution.
